Last seasons biggest achievement was qualifying for the World Cups. This seasons main goal was to perform well at the World Cups and qualify for the World Sprint in Changchun. I managed to qualify as one of the 28 riders from all over the world. And as the first Brit since 2011 I’m very proud to be one of them!
Unlike the Netherlands and Canada, speedskating is not a common sport in Great Britain (there’s not even a 400m rink). But the NISA has made big steps so far in supporting and facilitating British athletes. However we’re not there yet. And that’s where your part starts! To have the best possible preparation for the World Sprint in Changchun I need resources to fund my travel and accomodation costs, equipment and physio treatment.
I’m very gratefull for all of support I’ve had from everyone during the season. I hope you are willing to help me achieve my goal and to put GB longtrack back on the map! My target is to raise £1350/ €1500/ 2300CAD. Every little bit helps! To donate and for more info go to:
